My training experience

I am a certified personal trainer with extensive background in physical fitness. I participated in a six-week long mentorship program at a well-known and accredited fitness center: Rocky's Gym. I interned for Cabrillo Athletic Training Department under the head athletic trainer and professor Mark Ramsey. For the duration of three years I personally trained and wrote programs for a wide range of clients at two gyms. I currently run and operate Evolving Your Fitness, a company that is committed to promoting health awareness. To expand my professional knowledge in Exercise Science I still attend school...
