Veronica works one-on-one with clients or in small semi-private sessions. Her training focus is making cardio fun through boxing and HIIT classes as well as helping people live pain-free lives through mobility work, functional range conditioning, and foundation training. She's been vegan for over ten years and has competed in obstacle course races and weightlifting competitions.
Veronica is an ISSA-certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She has a Lifestyle Coach certification from the NAFC, a Complete Coach certification from Robertson Training Institute, and an Advanced Boxing certification from the Boxing Fitness Institute.
