About Briana

My barre classes give you a full body workout incorporating cardio and resistance training. The low impact technique makes the workout ideal for people of all ages and fitness levels. We utilize a ballet barre for balance as we perform muscle strengthening exercises. You do not need to have any experience in dance to do the workout. Plus, it's fun!
