My name is Chad McPherson, I hold an ACE CPT, and an Associates degree in Health and Human Performance. I served 4 years in the Army and love to train veterans! I love to train anyone but have special skill in running, functional weightlifting, mobility, and creating a healthy lifestyle for you! Anyone can achieve great improvement in their bodies with a healthy lifestyle and regular well-planned exercise. Lifestyle change can be readily achieved by anyone with a good plan and foresight. I train individuals outdoors or at their homes, no gym membership required. Let's get in better shape together and have fun while we're at it.
