As a fitness professional and personal trainer, I work with people of all ages and fitness levels. Results are what it's all about. I have been an industry leader for over 23 years and have helped hundreds of people make incredible changes in their physique, health and attitude. I want to share my extensive experience and knowledge in nutrition, fitness training and motivational coaching so that people can achieve their very best. Training is an art and a science. Many people have different ideas on what to do, but the scientific research on how the body functions is not debateable. I design all my fitness and nutrition programs based on the individuals needs, goals, history and limitations, and my results speak for themselves. My favorite client story
I've had so many different clients get great results that its hard to pick one. I have about 50 before and after pictures and lots more that I never even got a picture of. A couple of mentions: Recently Geoff lost over 110 pounds (Picture shown), also a woman unable to get pregnant through fertility treatment, got pregnant less than two months into training because of the changes that we made to her diet, also a client of 10 years ago saw me at the gym and said that she still has no back pain after 10 years.
My favorite exercise
It's hard to pick a favorite, but foundational exercises are key. Foo Foo exercises should be additions to a program and never the foundation. many people try to get in shape by imitating fitness people that are on social media, and the reality is that what it takes to get in shape is way different than what it takes to stay in shape and/or fine tune small physique details.

Full time experience for 23 years. Have hired and trained hundreds of trainers. At one point my training company had 75 trainers that staffed 9 South Florida Health Clubs.
