I offer personal training services to all ages. I have my personal fitness trainer certification through International Sports Sciences Association, ISSA. All sessions are customized based upon clients goals and objectives. I am licensed and insured and have equipment I can bring to you if you do not have a gym. Each session usually lasts about an hour and includes various cardio, toning and stretching. Prior clients include Females and Males aged 30-70, various sizes, shapes and goals.

This past January, I received a bad report from my doctor regarding my blood tests. I was over weight and I needed to change my lifestyle to incorporate healthy eating and exercise. The healthy eating was not as big of a challenge for me as the exercise was. I'm a procrastinator by nature but Cindy was able to keep me motivated. She is very positive and definitely helped me to believe I could do this. I'm proud to say I have lost 40lbs and went from a size 16 to a 6. I've personally have never felt better.
