I offer one on one (or small group) fitness training in the comfort and privacy if your home or office. I like to have you do a different workout for every session. One session you may be on the floor doing Pilates, and the next session may be traditional strength training or kettlebell training. This method of varying your workouts will help you to get faster results because your body will never reach a "comfort zone". I will also teach you how to eat healthy and will give you great recipes so you won't feel like you're on a diet.
