When I was in the process of getting divorced I spent a lot of time at the gym. I would go at 5:00 a.m. and work out with some of the "big" guys. After seeing my results, I wanted to share my knowledge of fitness with others so I decided to become a trainer. Fitness is not only about looking good but it's also about feeling good and getting healthy. I enjoy working with all ages as well as the obese. My sessions are taylored for each individual client and I always listen to their needs.
My favorite exercise
I like body weight exercises to start. Then incorporate dumbbells, kettlebells & TRX bands for more challenging work.
