I had back surgery after years of suffering from back pain and a long ignored shoulder injury. Frank was great in helping me regain my strength and my body shape is better than ever. I have lost 20 lbs. and kept it off for over 3 years. Frank worked with my orthepedist and the physical therapy made my shoulder as strong and flexible as the uninjured. He is very funny and I actually look forward to going to the gym.
I'm a woman in my late 60s and been training with Frank for over a decade. I stay with Frank for many reasons. First, he is always pleasant. He like to challenge me and pushes me to do what I think I cannot. He always asks and LISTENS to any physical issues or concerns I may have. I enjoy the privacy of his very clean gym and hate to leave when its time to return north.
I came to Frank with a shoulder injury that left me beaten up in many ways and now Im in the best shape I've been. Frank motivates and encourages and has given me the results I never would get on my own. It's all about the RESULTS.
I have been with Frank for many years and with my busy work schedule He has changed my physique as well as my diet and priorities in life. He has become a great friend and find him to be a true professional.
After suffering from asthma most of my life and a very scary breathing emergency, I searched for a trainer since I had never been in a gym. I not only can breathe much better but have lost weight and my husband calls me "muscle daddy". The best part is fitting into my 30 waist jeans again. I still bring my emergency inhaler but rarely need to use it.
My dad brought me to Frank in my junior year of high school. It was funny that he tried to like my music and I think he actually did at some point, I was very overweight with low self esteem and he helped me gain confidence to work out on my own. I returned in the summers from college. My dad worked with Frank for several years until we both left back to New York.
