I have been working out since I was 13 and always have helped others with their workouts. I decided to finally pursue that passion and become certified as a Personal Trainer by one of the leading schools; The National Academy of Sports Medicine. Before any workout program I will ask you a variety of questions such as your goals, pre existing medical conditions and provide an assessment to determine what muscles in your body will need to be strengthened. I specialize in weight training, cardio and in addition to providing personal training services, You would not embark on a road trip without a map of some sort, why would you start a workout program without a map to help you get the body you want?
