About Jack

I'm a trainer who strives to increase my clients quality of life through exercise. Training should not be painful, boring, or invasive, it should be exciting, healing, and invigorating. I look at human movement through different lens than most, my college education has given me background of knowledge in several areas of sciences. Movement is the foundation of longevity and livelihood. Most in this field compartmentalize training into categories like "fat loss, muscle building, mobility, etc." The approach I take, is that with proper training you will achieve all of these. These are total body workouts because that is how the body functions, as a whole. When you train as the body is intended to function, you will feel the best you've ever felt. I work with all types of clients but one of the most important aspects of training is the effort you put toward your training. In the end, I cannot do it for you, but I will guide you in the direction you need to be feeling the best you've ever felt in your life.
