Celebrity and pro athlete trainer from West Hollywood, CA moving to the Tampa area to rebuild my clientele in FL. I have 5 years of experience working with general population looking to make better and healthier lifestyle choices as well as actors, models and athletes who need to train specifically for their roles. I aim to work with everyone but require at least a 2 day a week minimum.

My training experience

I started training 5 years ago and was immediately put into sales. It helped me understand the value of what it means to be a trainer by helping guide and educate new people to this lifestyle that can fit into their current lifestyle without having to sacrifice as much as people assume they would to be healthier and feeling more confident about themselves.

After a couple years of that, I started group fitness training at F45 and loved the culture and working with a lot of energy and people from all different backgrounds and goals.

I've now been training much more exclusively 1 on 1 private training sessions since Covid due to the gyms shutting down where I was in California. From that grew my passion in becoming a training working with people specifically on their goals and what their body needs through careful assessments and evaluations and from there tailoring specific strength and corrective exercise training into their weeks 2 to 4 times a week.

I've been more than lucky and consider myself to have had the opportunity to work with Top Tier level Trainers around the country who have worked with movie stars like Mark Wahlberg and Kate Hudson as well as Machine Gun Kelly and Saquan Barkley. Learning from these guys that I am privileged enough to call my friends and advanced my training expertise to a level of confidence to be able to work with everybody no matter what your goal is. If your goal is to land a new movie roll or just live a happier and healthier lifestyle, both will become my objective to get you there with you!
