My focus is to aide people in their fitness journey! Through 1-on-1 training, focusing on your specific goals in mind whether they be; major strength training for sports such as Olympic weightlifting, power-lifting, or general fitness & weight-loss, I can help with individualized programs developed to help you achieve success. As a coach, I focus on working with members on correct exercise form to reduce the risk of injury during workout sessions. Another huge part is how I look to hold everyone accountable to their goals and training regimes; this is done through published workouts directly to each client via smartphone app/website and many other means to help every client achieve their desired goal and training focus!
