I'm Jayden Lyons, BS, SCS, GFI, creator of Indekko Active and my fitness philosophy is centered around low impact, high intensity training which maximizes efficiency and results by combining metabolic cardio conditioning, multiplanar strength training, and athletic fitness training.
I provide creative workouts incorporating a variety of movements to help you maintain and improve strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility in muscles needed for activities of daily living that naturally weaken as we age.
Movement is the best therapy for chronic and debilitating conditions, and I put a premium on maintaining joint health as well by emphasizing low impact movement, not high impact, ballistic exercises that put undue stress and strain on our joints and muscles.
