About Jonathan
With over two decades of experience in the fitness industry, I've dedicated my career to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. I've had the privilege of working in multiple gyms, honing my skills and tailoring my expertise to a diverse range of clients. I specialize in preparing clients for fitness exams, guiding weight loss journeys, aiding postpartum recovery, supporting beginners on their fitness path, toning bodies, and elevating fitness levels. My approach is holistic, focusing on strength training, cardio, flexibility, and nutrition. I'm committed to crafting personalized programs to help them reach their fitness aspirations and ensure their journey is not only effective but enjoyable.
As a personal trainer, I'm more than just a coach; I'm the client's partner in building a healthier, happier, and more active lifestyle. Whether their goal is to excel in a fitness exam, shed those extra pounds, bounce back postpartum, begin a fitness journey, achieve a toned physique, or take their fitness to new heights, I'm here to support them at every step. I never stop at impossible. When a client shares how defeated they feel, I show them there is a way to hit that goal that feels unachievable.

John Karp is an excellent physical trainer. He is extremely educated in his field, knowing how to best optimize your strengths and weaknesses. He listens and works with limitations to make your experience the very best, and boarders on being a physical therapist. He is extremely enjoyable, punctual, professional, encouraging and pleasant and makes it simple by finding a facility near you to workout at. Just imagine workouts catered specifically for you at your pace at a facility near you with someone you really enjoy working with and he doesn’t break the bank. What could be better? Don’t miss this opportunity. A trainer like this one does not come around often.
