I have always had a passion for helping others in terms of Health and Wellness. In college, students were required to take a physical fitness class to graduate and the class was taught by peers who had finished the class the semester or several semesters before. It was at this point, that I was inspired to become a personal trainer. I taught for 3 semesters, and then I got my first group fitness certification. After I graduate from college, I completed my ACE certification for personal training. I enjoy and am inspired working with youth and active agers. I use our personal training time to educate you on WHY, HOW, and WHEN you should do exercises. Giving you the ability to feel confident at the gym and in life without a coach continuously telling you what to do!
My favorite exercise
I love training the chest and back! In particular, I love chest pullovers.

I strive to provide my clients with the tools, motivation, and inspiration to accomplish their lifestyle and fitness goals by educating them on the most up-to-date, cutting-edge knowledge for fitness and exercise. My training experience
I started training young adults in 2016 following the ACE training model particularly young adults that participated in sports (basketball, skiing, running, and rugby) at my University. In late 2016, I completed my POUND certification and started teaching in the group fitness aspect of my local gym. I also taught small group strength and body weight classes. In early 2017, I started working with inactive young adults. In 2018, I received my certificate for personal training through ACE.
