About Kru Anthony

Hello everyone my name is Kru Anthony originated from the (UK) I have been involved in Muay Thai Kick boxing ,Western boxing and fitness training for over 30yrs, I have travelled to a lot of countries training, competing and coaching this sport, which lead me to win a Lightweight British Title.

This is a very good discipline martial art sport, good for self defense and a great confidence build against bullying, I like to help clients build up their self esteem and meeting new people because everyone has a story to tell ,I'm passionate about this sport and, I love promoting a healthy lifestyle and fitness, I take great pleasure helping clients achieving there goals.

In the past and currently I work with all types of clients, from kids, teens to adults alike, so to me building a good rapport with each client is very important, because everyone is different in so many ways.

A typical lesson for a beginners first lesson entails, a comfortable warm up stretch, exercises, balance and coordination check, then pad work technique checks, in my lesson I also implement other fitness training i.e. : core / cardio / and body conditioning, I'm a Mr. Nice guy with a soft approach, but can be regimental to encourage you achieving your goals.
