Hey there! My name is Madison and I've been a trainer for around 2.5 years! I became a trainer because I love the way exercise helps me feel and look, and wanted to share that knowledge with others.
A typical client relationship with me includes exercises and workouts specific to your goals along with nutritional guidance to help you make good eating choices.
I travel to my clients, either meeting in-home, an apartment complex gym, or at a public park. When necessary, I bring the equipment needed for each workout other than a mat for floor work and stretching where applicable.
Each workout includes a warm up phase, resistance training, and cool down stretches.
