Following a decade of therapeutic massage, I became inspired to shrink the wide gap between Physical Therapy and Yoga. Therapeutic Fitness was born to help those not flexible enough for yoga, yet not injured enough to benefit from Physical Therapy.

My mission is to help the community through a evolutionary lens on fitness, wellness, and movement.

My own story:
I spent 12 years as a massage therapist and business owner without embracing exercises as a fact of a healthy life.
Always being 25+ lbs overweight; it was more acceptable as a business owning massage therapist.
I needed to change my lifestyle. I needed to exercise more. To get my blood moving.
I started Posture Police to not only inspire others to find themselves in fitness, but to push me to a life of fitness.
I am now in the best shape of my life and improving week after week.

2007 - 2010 - Gained massage, muscle, and anatomy experience
2010 - 2017 - Gained business and exercise experience.
July 2017 - Began helping my friends and family with the corrective exercises I've learned.
July 2017 - Became Certified by NCSF as a Personal Trainer
