Posture Police - Evolutionary Approach, Revolutionary Results
Therapeutic Fitness is Yoga inspired corrective exercises with a Physical Therapy philosophy.
Rid yourself of aches, pains and muscular imbalances with my unique and effective approach to counterbalance your lifestly imbalaces.
Following a decade of therapeutic massage, I became inspired to shrink the wide gap between Physical Therapy and Yoga. Therapeutic Fitness was born to help those not flexible enough for yoga, yet not injured enough to benefit from Physical Therapy.
My mission is to help the community through a evolutionary lens on fitness, wellness, and movement.
Corporate, group and individual therapeutic fitness to correct posture, relieve pain & achieve balance.
Working with me, you should expect us to push through your resistance and muscular imbalances to achieve your desired results.
My favorite client story
My own story:
I spent 12 years as a massage therapist and business owner without embracing exercises as a fact of a healthy life.
Always being 25+ lbs overweight; it was more acceptable as a business owning massage therapist.
I needed to change my lifestyle. I needed to exercise more. To get my blood moving.
I started Posture Police to not only inspire others to find themselves in fitness, but to push me to a life of fitness.
I am now in the best shape of my life and improving week after week.
I look forward to taking you on your journey to health and wellness.

I work long hours at a desk for both school & work. Matt’s techniques have really helped me correct my slouching & makes working at my desk 10x more bearable. I would highly recommend checking him out
Matt changes his exercises to suit everyone. He showed me that my legs are weak, did some exercises I've never seen and now I can stand better. I doubted his claim, but my lower back pain was gone before the first session. Give Matthehw a shot, especially if you have neck or back pain.
He listens. He knows the muscles. He has unique exercises. He helped my shoulder and lower back. He asked me to say that he is never late to an appointment.
