About Scott

Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida my passion for health and fitness began when I started seeking out healthy solutions as an overweight teenager. My curiosity for this field led me to pursue a degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion at Florida Atlantic University where i graduated back in 2015. Upon graduation, I became a personal trainer at a high end corporate gym where I succeeded in helping various populations achieve there fitness goals while completing continual education courses to further my knowlege. I have decided to continue pursuing building my business and clientele through the private sector which has led me to FYT. The personal trials and tribulations I experienced while seeking out my own happiness from a wellness perspective has led me to become an excellent coach for others going through the same journey. I truly believe that besides programming for a clients specific needs(there is a difference between giving someone workouts and truly programming for specific goals) and pushing them in the hour we have together, I create value by coaching clients on what to do with the other 23 hours in the day in order to reach there goals. In addition, I believe moderation and consistency are the keys to living a life that is not only healthy but also sustainable. I look forward to continuing sharing my knowledge for those eager to learn and those seeking extra motivation! I apologize for my lack of social media presence as I have never been a big fan of it! I am willing to FaceTime any potential client and answer any questions so that we feel more comfortable before deciding to move forward with training sessions.
