I want to “Inspire others to achieve optimal return on self-investment!” I currently hold a personal training certificate from the American Council on Exercise. I hold a degree in physical education from the University of Utah and a master's degree in educational administration from Johns Hopkins University. I am a retired career educator with experience in teaching and school administration. I have worked with Special Olympics as a coach and director. I have experience with people who have physical and intellectual disabilities. I also have extensive experience coaching high school and youth travel sports. I would love to work with people who are looking to change their lifestyle or who are aging and would like to stay fit. I have great interest in working with special populations to provide them the opportunity for a healthy lifestyle and to improve their quality of life. I am a teacher in heart and practice.
