Fitness has meant different things to me throughout the different stages of my life. In my younger days, I just wanted to stay toned. Then, as life became more stressful with balancing career and family, I used my workouts as stress relief; a break in my day that was just for me. As I began to age, I needed to focus more on retaining muscle, flexibility and balance. No matter what stage of life you’re in, I can customize a workout plan to fit your life, help you reach your goals and just simply get you moving. A one-hour session with me will be 100% focused on you and what you need each and every session.
