Cycling - I love both indoor and outdoor cycling. I find it is a great cardio workout and also builds leg muscles. It helps me relieve stress too!

My training experience

I have experience working with both males and females with various goals from losing weight, to toning muscles, or even bulking up. I also have experience working with large and small groups, giving every person in a class exactly what they need. I write a weekly column for the Waxahachie Daily Light, focusing on a healthy lifestyle. You want something different from the big box gym, right?
