I am a strong believer in functional training with foundational movements. You have to be able to preform the basic movements (push, pull, hinge, lift and press) to live a functional, sustainable life. Using the TRX suspension trainer as my main training tool along with kettle bells, sandbags, medicine balls, heavy ropes, and the TRX RIP Trainer I will help you achieve your goals! No matter if your goals are weight lose, general fitness or sports performance I have the tools and the knowledge to get you to where you want to go! Whatever your 100% looks like... GIVE IT!

My favorite exercise
The plank. The simplest of things can be the most effective but the plank holds the key to overall functional strength and without being able to master it most everything else you do will not be as effective.
