All of my clients recieve a customized program built around their short and long-term goals. My program is always creative, fun and constantly evolving to fit your needs. I have 12 years of experience as a personal trainer, including being a Tier-3 personal trainer at Equinox. I currently work as a private fitness trainer around Los Angeles.
I became a trainer because I know how training and exercise has affected me personally. Up until high school, I was chubby and unatheltic. To help build my confidence, I decided to join sports teams in high school. Football, basketball and track helped me with my confidence and made me feel motivated in every day life. A year after high school, I decided to become a nationally certified personal trainer. Along with my personal experience, I have a love for biomechanics and am fascinated by the way the body evolves through training.
To enhance my knowledge, I decided to prep for physique compeitions. I always recommend working with a trainer that has experience with physique competitions because we understand fat loss and lean muscle gain, as well as the mental aspect that comes along with working hard and staying motivated.
My favorite client story
I had a client in Culver City that lost 60 pounds in 6 months. We worked hard during our sessions but the best part is that she came to our sessions prepared to work towards her goals. One of the most important things about success is fighting for it.
My favorite exercise
Lat Pulldowns - I know how important it is to have a strong and healthy back and the lat pulldown is one of the best exercises to engage all of the muscles in your back.

Alex is one of the best trainers that I've ever come across. He's so much fun to be around and professional through and through! He's really creative with his exercises, which really keeps things interesting! Some of the exercises are super cool and unique which makes him stand out from other trainers that I've worked with. I play a lot of sports, i snowboard, i’ve done martial arts training and done powerlifting before. A few years ago I started a new job in an office and completely fell off the wagon and gained a lot of weight. Working with Alex has been amazing! He really understands my hate-hate(lol) relationship with cardio and finds new and interesting ways to keep my heart pumping! he really took the time to ask about my fitness background and my strengths and weaknesses in the gym before making my program and i can definitely say that it’s completely tailored to fit me and my needs/goals. Every time i have a session coming up i notice that i have a little pep in my step since i’m excited to see what new things we’ll be doing next and it DEFINITELY keeps me motivated to come in to the gym. Not to mention he’s really on you when it comes to diet and keeping everything on point when you’re not in the gym. I’ve worked with a lot of trainers before and i can def say he’s one of the best, he will give you everything he can and all the tools you need in order to succeed. I was recommended Alex by a friend to get in shape for my wedding day, and I’m really glad I was. I’m the type of person who needs someone to hold me accountable, and after a session with Alex I found that was not going to be an issue. Alex was great at helping me transition in a time in my life where I had just had my second child and needed to change my body after having two kids.
