I am very detail oriented. I document everything. I will begin our love/hate relationship with a fitness assessment. This will give us a means for tracking progress whether it be inches lost, lbs. lost, an increase in cardiovascular fitness, more push ups, etc. I will develop a detailed cardio program for you to do on your own or with me if need be. Our sessions together will likely consist of resistance training and manual stretching. I have all the necessary equipment to bring to your home, a park, or various training locations. All of this depends on you and your goals. I like to emphasize the PERSONAL in personal training. There is no such thing as a "one fits all" program. I will also provide you with nutritional counseling and guidance. I can even go to the grocery store with you and show you how to prepare simple meals to make reaching your goals easy.
