I am a previous college and professional athlete. I have decided to use all the knowledge and tools gained from my experience to help others reach their fitness goals. I love pushing people past their comfort zone and reaching new goals that they didn't know they could reach.
I am very passionate about fitness, and I believe as trainers we are to bridge the gap between those who need help reaching their goals.
I specialize in corrective exercise, performance, strength and conditioning and nutrition. I work with athletes and normal people who want to get in shape!

Daray is an awesome trainer! He helped me lose weight for my wedding back in December. I really appreciate how he motivated me to reach the goals we set. There's no question that he his one of the best in NYC.
You can say I was nothing short of a fitness freak for the last 10 years, but like many master athletes I just hit the ceiling and I thought there was no point in me hiring a trainer. I will say I was wrong on so many levels. Not only have I physically reached new heights, but I was now more mentally motivated then ever before! Ray's positive motivational techniques combined with his knowledge in exercise science definitely makes him an elite trainer. More then satisfied with the goals that Ray helped me reach.. That's why I wrote a well deserved book of a review. Appreciate it Ray!

Daray is the best! My fiance and I have been working out with him to prepare for our wedding and he's been amazing. He keeps us motivated and challenges us with different circuits every time to always push us further. Would absolutely recommend him!
I had my first session with Daray last Sunday on the recommendation of my brother and his fiance. It was a fantastic first session and as soon as I got home, I scheduled my second one for this coming Saturday. He was friendly, patient and really paid attention to the exercises that work for me and my form. It was a really hard workout too, which I appreciated but at the same time I didn't feel like I was dying the entire time. I can't wait for my next session with him!

Daray Hill is an incredibly motivating and knowledgeable trainer. He's patient, kind and adaptable, as he's able to curtail workouts to various fitness levels (I lost 15 lbs training with Daray). One of the most valuable qualities in a trainer is honesty and Daray manages to be transparent and direct about what you really need to do to achieve your fitness goals. In addition to being a certified grade A personal trainer, Daray is the most lovable and fun person to have around. Definitely the best choice on FYT.
As a 45-year old CEO, my time is very limited and precious. Daray is an incredible personal trainer who always works with me in finding timeframes we can work out so I can reach fitness goals. Moreover, he makes working out fun. In the past, working out felt like a tiresome uphill battle. Daray makes me look forward to working out - we laugh as we tackle different workouts. Since working out with him, I have lost 20 pounds and now feel more confident and ready for my day after having a kick-ass session with him. I’d suggest him to anyone looking for a personal trainer who pushes you to work hard and makes you laugh at the same time. He really is in a class of his own!
Absolutely love this guy, solid trainer, keeps it interesting always! I have never used resistance bands and Daray leaves me more sore than I have ever been! Since starting with him, I am down 9 Lbs and I am sure there will be more weight loss to come!! I couldn't leave a higher recommendation for him!
