Been training under Hetty for a year and the results have been nothing short of amazing. At 38 I went from the worst shape of my life to the best. She will create the best program tailored to your specific goals. Her tireless commitment to the client is something you don't often see anymore. All I can say is TRUST THE PROCESS! I would also suggest investing in her meal prep program. You will get all the nutrients you need which will accelerate your path to real fitness. Lastly, her programs will lessen/eliminate long time aches & pains in your body. It is very nice living with no back or knee pain for the first time in a decade. Highly recommended!

I've never seen anyone more passionate than Hetty in creating THE PROGRAM that absolutely best fits your needs and your workout level. Even if you've never touched a barbell before in your life, Hetty will accommodate with basic movements that will maximize results. It's unbelievable. It's not just some generic program that is a cookie cutter. Hetty will write out your programs for you and it differs month to month so that your body won't adapt to the program and become stagnant. You will see results if you keep up with her program. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
