Your program includes 1) a custom nutrition plan and 2) a personalized training regimen. I program according to your knowledge and experience and meet you at the pace you're ready to begin with. My approach is steady and based on long-term results.
I work with couples and individuals privately in Los Angeles. I am experienced in working with ages from 19 to 65 and typically get along with open-minded individuals who have a very strong-willed mindset in reaching their lifestyle goals. My clients are committed to longevity and overall wellness.
