Fitness has always been a part of my life. As a dancer, physical fitness has always been a top priority for me and I evolved from being a performer, into an instructor, and now branching into personal training. I've taken my years of working with all types of bodies and personalities in group settings and now want to approach a more individualized setting of helping people flourish to their greatest physical potential. Your program will be custom to your needs and goals. It will be work, but it will be worth it. I am currently training out of my home gym studio and can travel to a client's home or open public park facility.
My training philosophy
Before you even begin training, you need to be fully committed mentally to what you are about to embark upon. You have to want it so bad that you know it will take sacrifice on your part. From there the training begins.

I trained with CeyJay this past summer to reach a specific fitness goal of mine. With CeyJay’s training and guidance, I successfully leaned down, dropped body fat and gained strength. Being able to work out at his home gym during Covid and avoid crowded gyms was especially great. He has everything you need - racks, weights, bands, TRX. He is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him.
