I have worked in the fitness industry for over 7 years and logged thousands of hands on training hours. I haven't only learned from books and certifications, but mentored under some of the biggest names in the industry. I train everything from large groups up to 30 people, to one on one private training. I not only do this for a living, but have been a competitive athlete in weightlifting and CrossFit for years. I teach at local gyms helping coaches and trainers with their approach to the barbell movements. I run a very progressive and fun training program. I love it when a client see the beginnings of there progress. That old pair of pants they love fit again, the routine compliments from friends and family, the first pull-up. The day they see that all this hard work will really get them their then I know they are unstoppable.
