My main focus is to build a strong foundation for clients to prevent any possible injuries in my own unique and fun training style, so they can enter the gym on their own being comftorable and effective as possible in the time they are training.

I played Baseball for 14 years, spent 3 years in the minors until I blew out both knees. I’ve been working with Daniel for several months and haven’t gone back to the physical therapist since. His methods have helped my knees more than 2 years with a PT ever did. I can finally jog without any pain and feel in the best shape in a really long time. Highly recommended

I just recently started working out with Daniel, and it has been so awesome! All of his workouts are creative and intense, while still managing to have so much fun. He really focuses on form and making sure you are making the correct movements, which is so important for your body! 10/10 would recommend. :)
Daniel was the best trainer I’ve ever had! My goal was to lose 60 pounds and he helped me work on my stamina and mobility so I didn’t just lose the weight quickly, but also safely. He was very entergetic and truly cares about his client. I would highly reccomend this fine young man.

Daniel is a fantastic trainer not just due to his exacting regimen or boundless enthusiasm, but because of his perception of fitness as a constantly evolving reflection of personal philosophy. He always emphasizes the importance of approaching each small movement with utmost focus which connects the disparate exercises into building blocks of your future physique. Daniel keeps all of the workouts fun through a large variety of exercises! Super informed about the science behind exercises and tailors plans for the individual. 10/10 would recommend!
I started training with Daniel after moving home from college where I gained a million lbs. I wasn’t happy with how I looked for a long time- I also didn’t work out at all since high school so getting back into the rhythm of things was a little difficult. Daniel made me feel super comfortable and was very patient with me, considering I was probably the most annoying client. Within weeks, I began to see a lot of changes in my body and started feeling better about myself. I would 10/10 recommend Daniel to anyone that wants to see quick results!!
