Jadrian Deleneye has over 11 years of experience in the fitness industry, and has found health & fitness to be a key ingredient in completing the triangle of our DESTINY - Mind! Body! and Soul! is what we're speaking of. Our programs do not promote vanity, but rather functional training through balance, strength, endurance and agility techniques. Jadrian has had experience with training at commercial gym's along with private independent sessions, boot camps and group fitness.
