Having experience working with/being a collegiate level athlete allowed me to really get a better understanding for fitness and how to help individuals accomplish fitness goals. I have worked with many athletes and individuals to obtain their specific goals. There is no such thing as a goal being too small or too big, it is all in the mindset.
