I believe that fitness is part of health and wellness. I train people to be in tune with body mind and spirit. In addition to strength and cardio fitness, I use nutrition and wellness coaching to help the client to become the best they can be.
My training experience
I have had 14 years of experience training clients in gyms and in my home. I use strength training, including free weights, balls, bands and bodyweight to get my clients to be the best they can be.
