As a Certified Personal trainer Since 2012 I helped a countless clients from no background of exercising to maintenance stage. Clients are always surprised that personal training or working out dont need to be grueling in order to achieve their goals instead they need a dedicated, educated and compasionate trainer to guide and motivate them in every step of their new journey.
Being a Personal trainer in a gym was a humble and great experience beause members watched how i engaged with my clients and they always got compliments of their progress from how they stand and to their toned muscles compared when they started.
I encourage and guide my clients to reach their goals in a safe, scientific and consistent manner through the help of my continuing education from weight loss to corrective exercise, and behavior change specialization .
As a Certified Personal Trainer I adhere the code of ethics of National Academy of Sports Medicine to Respect, be professional and manintain the privacy of my clients, and design a safe and effective, scientific program to each client
One of the reason we built our own fitness studio is to have a focused and professional , and effective workout on each session.

My favorite client story- she thought every training is the same just lift heavy weight and make sure you sweat , and she was surprised and amazed when she trained with me it was engaging,educational, and fun but in a serious and professional manner. While we were training one of the client of the other trainer approached and asked us, how come your lifting light weights and im killing myself with the bunch of heavy weights but im not getting the resuts that you have and im training with him for a long time ? me and my client just stare to each other and just smiled at him.
so it means our sessions is customized to her needs and fitness level.

I’ve been training with Jeromel for more than one years now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I've been training with Jeromel for two years. I've not only reduced my pains but also have improved my cardio, stamina, and overall strengths. Jeromel is very precise with which muscles to engage, alignment, and breathing. If I were training my own or with a trainer who is not precise on those things, I would probably injured myself.
