After two months with me expect thinner waist-line, firmer arms legs and thighs, increase flexibility, stress level will drop just to name a few. I will determine if you have muscle imbalances and help correct them. This will release soreness in back neck etc.
Don't over work my clients, push them only when they are ready for the next level.
