I individually design your workouts because you are different and have different needs! My philosophy to train someone is simple. Don't over work my client. After two months with me expect thinner waist-line, firmer arms legs and thighs, increase flexibility, stress level will drop just to name a few. I will determine if you have muscle imbalances and help correct them. This will release soreness in back neck etc.

Don't over work my clients, push them only when they are ready for the next level.

My favorite client story

I have a client who came to me with about 45 lbs. over weight. He couldn't do more then 2 push ups, and believe it or not couldn't do even one sit up. Though his school did sports, they never did exercises. He had to catch up on over 6 years of his life. He is now at his perfect weight, can do push ups with ease, and begs me for more sit up sessions.

My favorite exercise

I like to start with strength training then move through the 3 stages of training. I like to use power sets, pyramiding, blasting, and many styles. These produce faster changes and more powerful strength. I know these are not a specific exercise, but I feel this is more important in training my clients as well as myself.

My training experience

I have worked out since just after high school. I did all the fads that worked, and the ones that didn't work. So you gain time not doing the stupid stuff because I have done them. I finally got my certification years ago and know the science of working out, as well as the body.
