About Kristal

I struggled with binge eating, chronic dieting, and body image issues throughout my entire childhood/teenage years. 


I understand what you are going through when it comes to the frustration of not losing weight DESPITE trying your hardest, and even becoming super obsessed about "weight loss". 


Not only that, my fluctuating weight issue was also closely related to my mental health.


Which I believe cultivating mental health and wellness SHOULD come in hand to hand when it comes to adhering to a health & fitness centered lifestyle. 


Personally I believe there are so much MORE nuance when it comes to weight loss/weight gain. 


If you are looking for a personal trainer, who can understand your hardships; while guiding you to work on your physical/mental/personal goals.... You are at the right place for professional guidance.  


Each individual is different. Especially when it comes to diet, training, supplements, and even recovery protocols. 


As your trainer, I will factor in everything, including your personality, preferances, genetic, and mental well being - in order for the maximum adherence to a healthy lifestyle.


Because being able to stick to a plan/being consistent is what will bring the results. 


I'm also a  huge adocate of living a health, happy life.

My training philosophy

Going to the gym or “clean eating” for 1 day won’t make you a "fitness saint".
The same principle applies when it comes to not being on track with fitness as well.
One day won’t make it or break it!
It's about being consistent, and doing it day in day out.
