About Kristal

My passion of loving to help other people, led me into becoming a personal trainer. One of my first bodybuilding coach/personal trainer when I was a teenager really inspired me. He changed my life and outlook towards fitness for the better. And I hope I can positively affect your life as well! This is my "why". 

As a bodybuilder, I understand the struggles of weight fluctuation, diffculties when it comes to food choices, and also the struggles with mental health issues; while trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

However, the fitness industry is missing a big component. 

There is so much MORE with weight loss/weight gain. People tend to not address the underlying mental wellness issue, in the context of fitness. If you are looking for a non traditional personal trainer, who can understand your hardships, while guiding you to work on your physical/mental/personal goals - you are at the right page. 

Every individual is different, when it comes to diet, training, supplements, and even recovery protocols. To me, the benefit of a cookie cutter program is subpar.

As your trainer, I will factor in everything, including your personality, preferances, genetic, and mental well being - in order for the maximum adherence to a healthy lifestyle. Because being able to stick to a plan/being consistent is what will bring the results. 

I'm a huge adocate of living a health, happy life. To me, if you are "healthy", but you feel like you are missing out on the joy to life... That's simply not a way to live. Vice versa.

My favorite exercise

As a bodybuilder, I prefer isolation exercises. Higher reps/maximum contraction with tension

My training philosophy

Going to the gym or “clean eating” for 1 day won’t make you a fitness saint. The same principle applies when it comes to not being on track with fitness as well. One day won’t make it or break it.

My training experience

I have a background of boxing, figure skating, and swimming. Currently I am focusing more on bodybuilding
