My program is for all fitness levels. Each camp is 4 weeks and every week has a progressive purpose to ensure you reach your fitness goals. Hang around me enough, and you will reach goals you never thought possible!

My favorite client story

I had a client that was in a very bad auto accident that left him with daily back pain of 8-10 on a 1-10 scale. The doctors told him he had to have surgery so he did. His pain was still 8-10 everyday with a little more functionality. He met me and we built muscle, plain and simple. 6 months into it he confessed his pain was now down to a 3-4 everyday. Building does so many good things! Always work on flexibility and range of motion but build, you'll never regret it!

My favorite exercise

Total body exercises first. Plyometrics, Sandbags, Kettle bells, SAQ training, etc. and then legs. If your not going to work it all, then work the largest muscle groups. You burn more calories that way and up the production of the right hormones to keep you strong and lean.

My training experience

10 years professionally but athletic all my life. Of course starting as a kid in football, wrestling and track. Then in my 20's and 30's studying Martial Arts and in my 40's getting into competitive bodybuilding. With the experience and education I have, there is virtually no one I can't help!
