I am a former collegiate baseball player and I recently received my Master's degree in Exercise Science from California Baptist University. I have been a NASM certified personal trainer for three and a half years while working at various gyms, and I have been working independently for over a year. Fitness is an essential part of my life and I engage in a variety of activities like: baseball, basketball, weight lifting, running, hiking, and of course playing with my dog. I have a passion for living a healthy and active lifestyle, and as a trainer I want to share that passion with you! To me, personal training is all about building relationships and helping clients get results they desire. Injury prevention and functional training are two aspects of my training style that make my workouts unique. Each workout program I design for a client is tailored to their needs, their fitness level, and their goals. The decision to hire a fitness professional to help you reach your goals can be very difficult. It is important to find a trainer who can be your positive support system, while possessing the knowledge and motivational skills to help you achieve success. I believe in a holistic approach to reach health and fitness goals, in which, we as a team, strive to create life style changes. Reaching fitness goals is all about consistency and having a trainer like me who can motivate you and hold you accountable. With the right mindset, any goal is attainable!
Exercise is medicine. Working out can not only heal physical ailments and diseases, but it can provide the peace of mind that we all need and desire. Hard work and a positive outlook can make any goal achievable!
