As your trainer I am here to help guide you along your path to your dream body. Since each person's genetics and physical predispositions are different I take a personalized approach with every client. You can expect a customized program unique to your body and your specific fitness goals. The world of fitness and nutrition can be very complex. I will explain and simplify your training and nutrition plan to make it fun and easy to follow. If you stick to your customized program from me results will be inevitable. My favorite client story

Cal was 6'2"and was about 260lbs. He told me he wanted to lose weight and become shredded but didn't know if it was possible. He had to film on set in two months and needed to be lean and ripped. I told him if he set his goals clear enough and stuck to my fitness and nutrition plan he could do it. He lost 25 lbs. and is now 235lbs. with six pack abs and a big smile. He was extremely happy with his results and couldn't wait to show his new body off on set.
