I’m Coach Mike I’ve been living in LA for the past 15 years and originally from Kenya. I offer in-person, mobile in-home & online fitness / nutrition coaching.

Michael's training approach is very different from the fitness trainers I had before. I had worked with a fitness trainer for over three years before, and although I made some initial progress, my previous trainer did not pay enough attention to my changes, and continued to use the same training approach. I have been training with Michael for over three months now, and he is always very focused during each session, paying attention to every movement I make and ensuring its accuracy, rather than just adding weight blindly. If he finds that my strength is sufficient, he immediately increases the difficulty in the next set to challenge my limits. I’ve been working with Mike for 6 months and the progress has been amazing. My overall health, mental and physical, has improved significantly. Mike is patient, yet pushes when he knows you can do more, actively engaged, caring, and full of knowledge.
