I’m Coach Mike, originally from Kenya but now have been living in LA for the past 15 years. Fitness had always been apart of my childhood, but after my pursuit of education at The University of Michigan (U of M - Ann Arbor) & Southern California (USC) and the realities & stress of making ends meet as an adult my time became sparse. Moreover, I forgot the value of fitness.


 


Rediscovering my own passion in fitness brought me out of a tough depression and truly cleared a path for me to get to know my self and my purpose.

Being an athlete my whole life, competing in 10+ Spartan Races, working on NBC's American Ninja Warrior, CBS's Million Dollar Mile, FOX Ultimate TAG & GAME ON! & transforming my physique from a skinny 170lbs to 220lb Warrior; Fitness has become my life blood and a rewarding career.


 


My passion and determination for building a better, stronger, healthier body and mind pushes me to achieve great things physically and mentally, thus enabling me to motivate and inspire people across the world to achieve greatness for themselves.


 


I specialize in strength & conditioning providing exercises that will increase your strength, endurance & flexibility / mobility. Conditioning workouts that will trim fat & increase muscle tone. 


 


I also offer Nutrition & Wellness habit coaching which is key to a thriving fitness lifestyle.
