About Michele

Since 1999, my clients have made MAJOR transformations because I first analyze movement to determine the perfect starting point to design a safe, progressive program. My sunny disposition, field academic achievement, and years of experience are the combination to give you a 'can do' attitude, a great program, and a thorough understanding of what you are doing.

I earned my Masters degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas and am the coordinator of fascia research there. (Fascia is a specialized connective tissue system in the body.)  I have published research in this field and am a part of the international fascia research team. What does that mean for YOU!?? I have expertise in the system that communicates with your muscles. Having a trainer that understands the behavior of this tissue is imperative for achieving the best results. It is the tissue OF SHAPE AND FORM.

That being said, the FISRT thing I will do when we start to work together is assess HOW YOU MOVE and direct your program to redistributing forces more evenly throughout the body via this AMAZING connective tissue system! This will IMPROVE joint health, strength gains, stability, sports performance and more. I will also work with you on making health and fitness a priority in your life with my signature 4-step plan. My favorite client story

I currently have a 95 year old client who uses a few tools and exercises I gave him to help himself not have back pain in the morning and for the rest of the day. He was so content explaining this wonderful news. It was really great to see him so renewed - AND you can be at ANY age!!

I feel safe working out with Michele. I’ve never injured myself or felt fear because she’s ever present when working me out. When I started with Michele , I had a sway back with hyperextended legs & arms, which Michele pointed out could cause major problems. Michele was able to teach my body to have better posture, strength and endurance. Because Michele is intuitive to what movement I need, she designs a workout plan for every session. I like the way she evaluates my body movement, any weaknesses, imbalances, and executes a corrective solution. She creatively integrates various types of exercises with movement and breathing and doesn’t just do standard weight training that most trainers I worked out with in the past always did. You can’t fake sweat and I always receive a whole body workout feeling invigorated, joyous and ready to take on the world.
