I graduated in 2017 from IU (Indiana University) with a Bachelors Of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Health Psychology. Immediately after school I obtained my certified personal training certification as well as a fitness nutrition specialist and health coaching certification. I moved to Los Angeles to further my career in Private Personal Training.
I primarily work with women as I have extensive knowledge of the female body and how we move. I believe in female empowerment not only societally and culturally, but physically as well. All of my female clients are able to move through space with confidence, strength, endurance, and stability.
I do not train my clients according to what I think they should be doing. I train my clients according to their goals, likes, and dislikes. I do not believe in the trainer deciding every aspect of a workout depending on what they want. The client comes first and is priority. We are all individuals with past experiences, goals, and different bodies.
I have worked with bodybuilders (male and female), children of all ages, young adults, the mature adult (65+), athletes, and women and men of all backgrounds!

My favorite quote comes from my Papa (grandfather). The last thing he said to me before he went into a coma and later passed on was, “Don’t let anyone influence you out of life.”
My training philosophy
One of the most important things regarding the human body is our ability to move through space efficiently. If we can not do that, then it will be harder and take much more time to reach our goals whether they are aesthetic or performance based (or a mix of both). I teach my clients how to first stabilize their body, understand how to use multiple muscles within the body at once to perform movements, and build muscle at the same time. It is possible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. I have the knowledge and experience to help clients with various goals (weightless, increase muscle mass, cardiorespiratory improvement, corrective exercise, strength, endurance). All of this starts with the core idea of functional movements through space.
My training experience
While continuing education and experience of personal training in college, I explored other areas of exercise such as Pilates, Yoga, and Olympic Lifting. I interned at the YMCA in Indianapolis for 6 months thereafter.
Once moving to California, (in 2018) I began personal training at a private facility for 10 months.
After increasing my experience at the private facility, I then decided to become independent.
At my busiest time periods, I was training up to 8 clients per day. I have experience with all ages up to 95 years old. I started out my career working with mature adults (65+). I then trained individuals of all ages including children.
I have been independent for over one year and have been training 7 days a week 5-7 sessions per day.

Supportive & Knowledgeable Trainer! Morgan is truly everything I could hope for in a personal trainer! She is very knowledgeable and pushes me to get a well-rounded workout and to expand my limits, but is also supportive. I came to her with minimal exercise knowledge/experience and have already learned so much from her. It’s clear that she truly cares about her clients and loves what she does, because she goes above and beyond to check in and make sure I’m meeting my goals. I never feel judged for my fitness level and yet she still ensures I’m making progress. She’s a great fit for anyone looking to take the leap into getting in shape. That said, I would also recommend her for more experienced/athletic people because she really knows her stuff and will find ways to push you.
Morgan has seriously changed my life! I have lost over 15 lbs but more importantly I feel the strongest and healthiest I have my entire life. I know I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her help. Even with personal trainers, Morgan goes above and beyond with her clients. She not only taught me how to use the gym and feel comfortable working out she also helped me get my eating under control. She took the time to really teach me healthy habits and came up with healthy alternatives for my specific cravings in between sessions. The first time I saw her I was so terrified but she immediately made me feel encouraged and comfortable. Every session I have had with Morgan she has taught me new stuff to keep me progressing. I wouldn’t have been able to do any of this without her and I am so glad I had her to help me through it!
I’ve worked with a lot of personal trainers and Morgan is the best there is! From the beginning it’s obvious she’s so invested in you and your goals. She is so positive and helpful mentally aside from the fact that she knows how to get you results. I’ve felt so much stronger and more confident since I started working with her. She’s so encouraging and committed to all her clients. I’ve never worked with anyone as dedicated, positive and knowledgeable as she is. I’m so grateful to have found her!
Morgan is, hands down, the absolute best trainer out there. I have been going to her for almost a year now, and she completely changed my life. Under her guidance, I was able to change my physique, gain strength and confidence. Before I started going to Morgan, I felt out of shape and not myself. After just six weeks of training with Morgan, I was in the best shape I'd been in years. If you put in the work, you WILL see results with Morgan. She is EXTREMELY knowledgable, kind, understanding and knows exactly what workouts will help me achieve my fitness goals. Morgan is such an AMAZING trainer! She has made me aware of my body mechanics where other trainers have failed. She consistently encourages me to push myself during our workouts. Morgan is always switching up the workouts so I never get bored. I genuinely look forward to every session!
