About Neil

Hi there!!


My name is Neil and I am a private coach/trainer specailizing in movement/technique education and Strength&Conditioning. My clients have ranged from people who just want to get fit, to UltraMarathon Runners and CrossFitters. 


Perhaps you are looking to begin/revamp your fitness journey; perhaps youre a runner/triathalete (etc.) polishing up for next season?? You're in good hands. I teach my clients how to be more efficient and durable human machines through a methodical periodozation of progression. 


A typical session will entail:


-General Warm Up/Mobility




-Muscle Activation/Correctives (if applicable)








I love working with those who are ready commit to themselves and to this process. You will need determination and openmindedness for sucess. Plan on challenging your mind first and your body second; as with many other principles, strength is built in the mind before it is built in the body.
