I pride myself on respecting people in a way that I want people to respect me. Your time is valuable to me the same as my own time. I show up on time. I pay attention to what you’re doing outside of our sessions to base your workout on that and the energy you have at the moment for optimal effect.

My favorite client story
I trained a client who had chronic tightness in her back and lower ribcage. I put her through an extensive stretching routine and gave her homework. A year later, she insisted that she pay me more per session because her back issues were virtually gone.
My favorite exercise
I don't have a single favorite exercise, but I have a favorite tool to use is the Bosu. I'm big on balance and that is one thing I include in every one of my routines. The Bosu is such a great tool to strengthen the hip, lower leg and the foot.

Oshay Walker is an excellent trainer. He is kind, caring and encourages me with his smile. He is always on time, well organized, very creative and makes sure the excercises meet my needs.
