Although I have a friendly approach, I expect my clients to commit 100% to their training programs and in return I will give 100% of my attention and guidance to make sure every client reaches their personal goals. Whether you are brand new to exercise or more advanced, I always focus on stabilization, balance, and core strength before progressing onto a more dynamic and specialized program. This is done to prevent injury, prepares you for more advanced exercises which then guarantees faster results. In addition I am always available to give nutritional guidance to help achieve optimum results. Being a professional athlete for over 12 years, I know what it takes to get results whether it's mentally, physically, or both. I will be there to push you and give you an achievable, yet effective program.
