As a Certified Personal Trainer I evaluate your body and diet and figure out where you are out of balance and stretch tight muscles, strengthen weak ones and balance out your diet as well. Whatever I just learned. I like new exercises. I do train other personal trainers and they train me but whatever private trainer is with me at the time then their favorite exercise routine is what I like.

I have over 17 years of experience Personal Training in the Glendale/Burbank are with kids to seniors. As a Professional Personal Trainer I train Olympians and aspiring athletes as well.
