Alex was raised in Maryland where he spent his early childhood trying out different sports. It was here, through trial and error at a young age, where Alex learned the true meaning of discipline, dedication, and perseverance.
In high school Alex was trained by multiple coaches and the sports included basketball and football.
After traveling up north to UConn for college, he further combined his leadership skills with sports as he started the first ever travel UConn Club Basketball team. With his strong work ethic, desire to connect with people, and active lifestyle, Alex went on to pursue a career in personal training and became certified with the prestigious National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
True to his work ethic, Alex exercises every day whether it is lifting weights or taking a jog around the neighborhood.
Alex has trained 100's of sessions and worked with a wide range of clientele, varying in age, physical ability, and limiting health conditions. He has great experience working with clients wanting to achieve weight loss, strength gain, and overall health and wellness.
