About Dakota

A little about me: I have been coaching and helping people reach their fitness goals for five years. I graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. I am a certified Strength and Conditioning coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and am currently the Assistant Strength and Conditioning coach at Howard Community College. Helping athletes and the general public prevent injury and become stronger, faster, and more lean is my expertise. I am an analytical trainer and knowledgeable about the science of the body at rest and during exercise. I am passionate about fitness and would love to help any client reach their goals.
