I'm a full-time engineer, who has a passion on the side for health and fitness. I want to use my passion and interest to help you be healthier, more fit, and ultimately happier and more capable with your body. ????

I love training people who are willing to put forth the effort, but can also appreciate the value of rest. ????

I'm a huge proponent for being physically well-rounded. Typical sessions with me will often be primarily functional resistance training. While cardio is important, you don't need a trainer to coach you through a jog. We'll start off with some stabilization and core work to ease into things. Then, once we iron out any imbalances or compensations in your body, we'll get to strengthening! (For those of you looking for weight loss, I can assure you that this is the fastest route there too. ????)
